Advertising inside the Exhibition Center

Placement of the customer’s advertising materials* during the Forum on the territory of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre (press centre, registration desks, service bureau, management stand, information desks).

* materials are to be provided by the customer

1. Organize the demonstration of the customer’s informational video (up to 2 minutes long) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on large seamless plasma panels located in the small passage (rotating twice an hour during the Forum). Video wall dimensions: 6076 x 3430 mm and 4680.8 x 2744 mm.

2. Organizing the demonstration of the customer’s informational video (duration up to 2 minutes) from 09:00 to 18:00 on plasma panels located in the visitor registration area (rotation 2 times per hour during the Forum).

Branding of metal detector frames located on the territory of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre during the event days.

* The price includes printing, installation and dismantling; the customer provides the finished design.

Placement* of the customer’s model on columns located on the territory of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre near Pavilion E during the Forum.

* The price includes printing, installation/dismantling of at least 4 sq.m.

The customer’s model will be placed on a mobile metal structure at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre during the Forum. The design will be 1.15-1.75 m in height and will take up to 10 days to manufacture.

Placement* of the customer’s model in lightboxes** located in the small passage of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre and in the Cultural Centre (entrance from Petersburg Highway) of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre during the Forum.
