The Forum is held with the support and participation of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg, and the Government of the Leningrad Region.
