Media accreditation


Dear Media representatives!

To work at the Forum, you need to be acccridated. The accreditation is mandatory and is provided in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media.”

Accreditation regulations

Accreditattion regulations for media representatives at the events organized by ExpoForum International:

  1. Journalists, photojournalists, and camera operators of Russian media outlets registered with the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media,” as well as foreign journalists accredited with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are eligible for accreditation. Individuals who are not media representatives, as well as representatives of advertising publications, catalogs, or commercial internet portals, are not eligible for Media accreditation.
  2. The project management has the right to limit the number of accredited journalists, refuse accreditation to a media representative who has provided information about himself that is not true, who has not completed the accreditation procedure within the established timeframe, or who has violated the rules for working at the event.
  3. Media representatives wishing to participate in event coverage must submit an accreditation application (hereinafter referred to as the application) using the media registration form. All fields of the accreditation form must be completed. Applications that do not meet the requirements of these regulations will not be considered. Television companies planning to cover events must provide the license plate numbers of their newsroom vehicles or the special purpose vehicle access control system (SSCS) for entry to the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre by email to press@expoforum.ru.
  4. Registration of the accredited journalists and issuance of badges will take place at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre in the passage upon presentation of an editorial ID or editorial assignment.
  5. An accredited media representative has the right to:
    • attend business and exhibition events;
    • receive information about the program of events;
    • carry out video or photography on the territory of the event;
    • use all services designed for journalists;
    • if there is a press center, work there during the event days, using its infrastructure;
    • participate in press conferences, briefings and other press events.
  6. An accredited journalist is obliged to:
    • when carrying out professional activities, present, upon first request, an editorial ID or other document certifying the identity and authority of the journalist;
    • do not interfere with the course of an event unless it is organized specifically for the press;
    • ensure the reliability of information;
    • comply with the rules established for events, stop taking photos and videos at the request of representatives of the event’s security services;
    • when using the official information or quoting statements from event participants, the finished materials must include a mention of the name of the event and the source of the information received.
