- During the Forum, the Lost and Find Office will be located in the service bureau.
- Cloakrooms at the Forum site are located in the passage (cloakroom zones C, E).
- At the Forum venue, Gazprombank ATMs are located in the convention center, and Finservice ATMs are in the lobbies of the Hampton and Hilton hotels.
- The Forum venue has been created to be barrier-free for people with limited mobility. The building is equipped with ramps and elevators, allowing for easy access to any point on the site.
