МWe are pleased to invite you to participate in the Forum and offer you a unique opportunity to present your report at the event.
Your participation will be an important contribution to the discussion of current issues and also provide an opportunity to:
- exchange experiences and present innovative approaches and successful examples from practice;
- expand professional contacts – establish connections with partners and potential clients;
- get feedback from colleagues and experts;
- influence the development of the industry by contributing to the discussion of current issues and proposals for their solutions;
- strengthen your authority in the professional environment
Criteria for the report selection are following:
- Preference will be given to reports that are being read in Russia for the first time;
- reports must be innovative, concrete and contain practical information;
- The report should not be purely promotional.
How to submit
- Full name of the speaker, full name of the company, position, e-mail (speaker or contact person), contact telephone number (speaker and/or contact person);
- title of the report (it is possible to initially send a working version of the title);
- abstracts of the report (short abstract, no more than 1/2 page);
- photo;
- optional: biographical information (no more than 500 characters).
The required information must be provided in Russian and/or English.
Abstract formatting requirements
- only text information is allowed.
- the use of tables, graphs, images and other non-text objects is not permitted.
- the text must be written in Times New Roman font, font size 12.
- the key points may be highlighted in bold or italics, but underlining is not permitted.
Consideration
- Information about the planned report is sent to moderators and co-organizers of the most suitable events or events requested by the speaker (after the publication of the business program).
- The decision on including the report in the event program will be sent by email.
- Submitting proposals early increases your chances of being included in the business program.
Registration of participation
After the report is approved, a speaker’s package is issued (for 1 day).
Package price (including 22% VAT) – 61,000 RUR
Includes:
- speaking as a speaker/expert for no more than 10 minutes at business program events for companies without exhibition space (to be agreed by the Organizer);
- coffee break – 1 pc.;
- lunch – 1 pc.;
- package of souvenir handouts – 1 pc.;
- excursion/cultural program – 1 pc.;
- participation in the Gala Dinner on the occasion of the opening of the Forum*
